Generates one transparent animated GIF per character, using 10 monospaced fonts at 100px on a fixed 160×160 canvas, and downloads a matching CSS file using 4-digit uppercase hexadecimal class names.
Browsers may ask for permission to allow multiple downloads. File names follow Unicode hex, such as 0061.gif and 002E.gif.
